will not be able to accommodate cancellation requests.
- After 24 Hours: If you attempt to cancel your order after 24 hours, it may incur a
cancellation fee, which will be deducted from your refund. The fee amount will depend on the stage of
production at the time of cancellation.
2. How to Cancel an Order

as soon as possible.
- Provide Order Details: Include your order number and a brief request for cancellation.
- Confirmation: Our team will confirm whether your order is eligible for cancellation and

for the refund to reflect in your account.

period or after production has started, any fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.

- Customized or personalized products that have entered the production phase.
- Items that have already been shipped.
