provided on our size chart, we will offer an exchange for the correct size.

- Provide Order Details: Include your order number and a brief description of the issue
you encountered.

Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
- Ship the Item: Return the item to us within 14 days of receiving your RA number. Ensure
that the item is in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the
item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange:
- Refunds: If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7
